A Message To Our Fans

We want to apologise to everyone who attended our first home game last Sunday. The queues, delays and delayed face-off were not the experience we wanted for our supporters, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused.

We have reviewed what happened and have made a number of changes to ensure the experience is much smoother going forward.

Last Sunday was our first game operating the new procedures required under Martyn’s Law, which contributed to some of the delays. We’ve now identified how we can make these processes much more efficient while continuing to meet the new legal requirements.

🏒 WHAT WILL CHANGE?

Doors will open one hour before face-off.

🎟️ Tickets will be available online in advance, and we encourage fans to buy ahead of game night.

🚪 Two box office lanes:

Lane 1: Walk-up ticket sales

Lane 2: Online tickets, sponsors & player tickets

We also apologise for the confusion around ticket prices. You should expect to pay the advertised price for tickets, so going forward there will be no additional fee for walk-up tickets. Online tickets will continue to carry the standard online booking fee.

🎉 SO, WE WANT TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK FOR OUR FIRST HOME LEAUGE GAME!

As an apology, for this Saturday’s home game vs Slough, tickets will be:

Adults – £7
Concessions – £5
U16s – £4
Under 5s – FREE

We know last Sunday wasn’t good enough. We’ve listened, we’ve identified the issues and we’ve made changes to make sure your next Phantoms 2 experience is a much better one.

Thank you for your patience and we can’t wait to see you on Saturday!

Go Phantoms! 🏒💙🧡
